JMP announces a new nursing home Professional Liability and GL Program through Lloyds, London!
JMP through our relationship with Safeonline TM can now write Professional and General Liability Insurance through Lloyd's of London. This coverage is intended to benefit the needs of skilled, assisted and independent long term care facilities.
Coverages include: Products and Completed Operations, Sexual Misconduct and Physical Abuse Liability, Employee Benefits Liability, Tenants Liability, and Medical Expenses Coverage.
Limits provided can be provided as high as $15 million in the aggregate per nursing home.
This product called CareSurance TM also includes a risk management program that will make the facilities better risk and also increase their Medicare reimbursement by an average of $1,000 per month.
JMP offers this product in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida. Facilities with multi-State exposures in addition to those mentioned will be considered subject to underwriting acceptability.
Medical device manufacturers and distributors can secure cover for both domestic and international exposure through JMP's open market placement facility.
